About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Engineer with expertise in Power BI and Copilot Studio. This role focuses on optimizing external reporting through Power BI dashboards and leveraging AI-driven automation via Copilot and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in integrating real-time analytics, streamlining workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards to improve external reporting and analytics.
• Integrate Power BI reporting solutions to provide enhanced flexibility and data-driven decision-making.
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio to provide real-time work order information and key metrics.
• Develop automation workflows using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work towards enabling Copilot to anticipate the next steps, request approvals, and execute approved actions autonomously.
• Collaborate with the Operations and Development teams to integrate solutions within existing systems while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing projects.
• Maintain documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing for Power Platform implementations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query for creating insightful dashboards and reports.
• Hands-on experience developing AI-driven automation workflows within Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with structured data systems and integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize workflows for efficiency.
• Experience with work order management systems or similar operational platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Platform.
• Experience in predictive analytics, and machine learning models within Power Platform.
• Background in operations, supply chain, or enterprise software development.
